首先需要做巧克力蛋糕體,再來做巧克力慕斯,再來放入慕斯後要放到冰箱讓他冷固。
在開始做glaze,加入想要調的水性顏色,混合倒入蛋糕上。

Have to make the genoise first, then make chocolate mousse, after pouring mousse into the genoise, let it chill in the freezer. After that, start to make glaze for miroir.
想要怎樣的花紋,我還不曉得要怎麼技巧去用,但這樣大理石紋路的感覺也不錯。
I don't know how to make the pattern I want by this, but random pattern seems to be fine.
Overall, I am very satisfied by my first miroir cake.
